Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Please note that due to current regulations, we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Other destinations may also be temporarily excluded as circumstances evolve.
Once your order has been confirmed, our fulfilment team will promptly coordinate with our shipping partners (e.g., DHL Express) to begin the delivery process. A tracking code will be sent to you via email within approximately 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation. You can use this code to track your shipment’s progress directly through our courier’s system.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
During sale seasons, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, as well as the size and weight of your order. Rates are determined according to the contract terms set by our shipping partners and are therefore outside of our control.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be clearly indicated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or local taxes are not included in the shipping fee.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor its progress.
Please note that unforeseen events such as weather conditions, customs delays, or local delivery issues may affect delivery times, and these are beyond our control.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes to addresses once an order has been placed. If you notice an error, contact our customer service team as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Sale Periods
Please note that during sale periods, shipping and refund processing times may take longer than usual.
Customs & Import Duties
All orders are shipped from within the European Union. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or influence these costs, as customs regulations differ from country to country.
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the shipping carrier. In such cases, the order is not eligible for a refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that replacements or refunds can only be issued once the investigation has been completed and the loss has been confirmed by the carrier.
